At MK Creation, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how you can cancel your order for readymade blouses. Cancellations are easy before dispatch, but once shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Important Notes
You can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched (usually within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation).
After dispatch, cancellation is not possible – instead, use our Return Policy upon delivery.
Full payment must be made via WhatsApp/UPI; partial payments do not qualify for processing.
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order ID and reason.
We will confirm cancellation within 1-2 hours and stop processing.
If payment already received, refund process will start (see below).
Full refund (including shipping if paid) within 3-5 business days via the same UPI method or bank transfer.
No fees for cancellations before dispatch.
Refunds exclude any bank/UPI charges incurred by you.
Customized or made-to-order blouses (if offered) cannot be canceled once production starts.
If cancellation is due to our error (e.g., wrong product listed), we will process it immediately with no questions.
No cancellations for bulk or promotional orders without prior agreement.
Manual payments via WhatsApp mean quick confirmations, but keep transaction proofs.
We are not liable for delays in refund processing due to bank/UPI issues.
Frequent cancellations may affect future orders.
