At MK Creation, we want you to love your readymade blouses! If something doesn't fit or meet expectations, we offer returns and exchanges. Please read carefully – all requests must follow these rules.

Returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Blouses must be in saleable condition (no stains, tears, or alterations). For delicate fabrics like silk or chiffon, extra care is needed.
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) required.
Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with order details, photos of the item, and reason.
We will provide a return label or instructions. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer (₹100-300 depending on location).
Once received, we perform a quality check (2-3 business days). Approved returns get refunded.
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days via UPI or bank transfer (same method as payment).
Exchanges are free for color, or style within 14 days (longer window for better customer experience).
Same eligibility as returns: Unused, unwashed, original packaging.
Contact us for exchange – we'll send a replacement blouse first, then you return the original (no extra charges).
If exchange item is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit.
Customized or altered blouses.
Items damaged due to misuse (e.g., wrong washing).
Underwear or accessories (if sold separately).
Full refund for returns (minus shipping charges paid by you).
No refunds for exchanges.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
