Order Dispatch
We ship across India (including metro cities, towns, and remote areas). International shipping is currently not available, but we may expand in the future.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery timeline varies by location:
Metro cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai): 2-4 business days.
Other areas: 4-8 business days.
In case of any unexpected delays (e.g., weather, courier issues, or high demand), we will keep you informed via email or SMS and provide updated timelines.
Free shipping on orders over ₹1900.
For orders below ₹1900, standard shipping charges apply: ₹100-300 (based on weight, location, and courier partner).
Additional charges may apply for expedited or special handling.
All blouses are carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to prevent damage during transit. We use secure boxes and bubble wrap for delicate fabrics like silk or chiffon.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Track your order on the courier's website (e.g., India Post, Blue Dart, or Delhivery). If tracking is unavailable, contact us for updates.
If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. We are not liable for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
(If applicable in future for international) No customs duties for domestic shipping. For international orders (when available), duties are the buyer's responsibility.
